2. Warranty Coverage: The extended warranty covers the same manufacturing and material defects as the standard warranty, including defective zippers, defective seams, and defective materials, subject to normal and appropriate use in accordance with the product care instructions.
3. Warranty Exclusions: The extended warranty does not cover defects caused by abusive use, improper maintenance, accidents, negligence, commercial use, alteration of the product, use contrary to the product care instructions, or any other cause that is not due to a manufacturing or material defect.
4. Claims Procedure: To make a claim under this extended warranty, please contact our customer service by phone or email, providing proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and valid contact information. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty.
5. Remedies Options: In the event of a defect covered by the extended warranty, Apexways reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. If repair or replacement is not possible, Apexways may offer a refund equivalent to the original purchase price of the product.

Limitations: This extended warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
