  • When will my order arrive?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.


The estimated processing and delivery time using express shipping is approximately 3 - 5 business days. Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended delivery times.

  • How do Returns and exchanges work?

The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you want to proceed with an exchange or a refund, please send back your items to the following address, with your order number and the reason of the return :

Once this is done, you can contact us at info@apexways.com and let us know that you have shipped the parcel and include your tracking number if you have one. Items must be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase. The item should not be washed and must have its original tags. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns. 


Apexways is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.


We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange of an item if it is not in perfect condition.

  • How will I Receive my refund?

We gladly accept exchanges and returns for items that are returned within 20 days of the date of purchase. You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If your method of payment is mixed using a gift certificate and other, you will receive the gift certificate back and the balance via your other payment method. 


Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.


If you don't specify your return method, we will issue with Gift Certificate in exchange for the returned item/s. 

  • I received an incorrect item or my order is missing an item - what do I do?

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@apexways.com with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item.


When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.


If you are missing an item in your order, please contact us and let us know which item is missing and we'll send it as fast as possible to you. 

  • can i pick up my package?

Yes you can! We offer the possibility to pick up your order at our warehouse at 67 Boulevard Joubert Ouest, Sayabec, G0J 3K0. We will contact you to make an appointment for the pickup. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours on working days.


  • Can I return final sale products?
