Shipping Policy, Exchange and Refund

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. We deliver anywhere in the world

EXCHANGE AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY:

All orders can not be refunded. Nevertheless, please note that some exchanges are possible either for manufacturing defects, or in case of errors caused by us. In addition, it is possible to exchange a size or a model. However, Apexways does not support shipping costs. The prescribed time for contacting customer service is 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

Note: The products to be returned must never have been worn, altered, modified or washed in such a way that we can properly assess the reason for the return.

No refunds will be made for any reason. The purchase is final and the only way to obtain an exchange is if there is indeed a break, an error, a manufacturing defect that will be determined or in case of exchange of size \ model.
