Shipping Policy, Exchange and Refund

 

 

DELIVERY TIME :

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

EXCHANGE:

  • The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you want to proceed with an exchange, write to us at info@apexways.com. Items must be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase. The item should not be washed and must have it's original tags. Transport is your responsibility.


  • Apexways is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the refund of an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packed in its original box.

 

  • TAKE CARE for the final sale we do not exchange or refund.


DEFECTIVR OR ERRONNEOUS ITEMS :

  • You must contact us at info@apexways.com within 20 days of purchase.
  • We will give you the packing and mail instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund of the price of the item and the original delivery charge.
